Raquel Escobedo Hanic is the creator of the Daughter of the King: 60-Day Healing Your  Identity in Christ Journal, a faith-based resource designed to help women rediscover their  worth and identity in Christ. 

Her story is rooted in both brokenness and redemption. Growing up in an alcoholic home  and experiencing childhood trauma, Raquel carried deep wounds that shaped how she  viewed herself. For many years, she struggled with feelings of unworthiness and the belief  that she was “not good enough.” She often related to the woman at the well—longing to be  seen, known, and truly loved, yet feeling defined by her past. 

Although she loved the Lord and pursued Him wholeheartedly, she lived with an underlying  belief that she had to earn His approval. She saw herself as damaged goods, striving rather  than resting in His love. 

Everything began to shift when she enrolled in the two-year Encounter School of Ministry  program. There, she experienced a profound transformation, encountering the heart of the  Father in a way that brought deep healing and revelation. For the first time, she didn't just  know about God's love—she felt chosen, accepted, and deeply loved by her Heavenly Father. 

After graduating and wondering what came next, Raquel sensed the Lord speaking clearly  to her heart: Create a journal. He revealed that countless women felt exactly as she once  had—unseen, unworthy, and disconnected from their true identity. That calling became the  foundation of the Daughter of the King journal. 

Raquel is a graduate of Encounter School of Ministry and is passionate about helping  women encounter the Father's love, experience healing, and walk confidently in their God given identity. 

Through her work, Raquel now helps women break free from lies, heal from past wounds,  and embrace the truth of who they are as daughters of the King. Her message is simple yet  powerful: You are not overlooked. You are chosen, loved, and deeply valued by your Father. 

What began as her own healing journey has now become a pathway of hope and healing for  others.
